Waltzing helps mend hearts

I saw this headline, and how could I resist opening it?

Waltzing Helps Mends Hearts

They did a study in Italy that showed that waltzing had the same results as treadmill or stationary bicycle exercising in heart failure patients.

If only I could find a dance partner willing to waltz with me 21 minutes a day, three days a week, my heart might never break.
